McVeigh Global Meetings and Events is an award-winning supplier in the MICE industry providing innovative, cost-effective meeting management and event production solutions on a global stage.


Gaylord National Resort, National Harbor, MD: Verizon WOW was a private employee conference for 800 attendees. The event had 2 large presentation/dining rooms with one featuring a large branded main stage in-the-round for keynote speakers and presentations. The event included various custom scenic display elements, large format projection systems, branded breakout rooms, registration and creative lounge areas that completely transformed a large space into a creative, efficient learning and networking event.


In partnership with Mooring CG, E1 provided an array of comprehensive production management services including event site coordination, production resources, vendor bids and final acquisition, CAD ground plans, compliance inspection and certification, scheduling, budgeting of multiple union labor calls and all other required resources.
